I can't breathe around the stuff. My mother smoked for many years; after removing myself from a young life of living in a smoke-filled home, I noticed such a difference in my health! Not just breathing, but I don't blow my nose at night anymore either! I used to have non-stop phlegm from what I thought might be allergies or a change in season. My head would FINALLY hit the pillow and I'd be a river of mucus all over again. As it turns out, it was the smoke the whole time! Not to mention how much of a turn-off it is to see someone with a cigarette in hand. Don't know what it is... I pledge to my health to keep myself as smoke-free as I'm able to control, and although I can't always guard myself from smokers in the great outdoors, I can start with my dating life.
