Smoking STINKS!!! I remember back when I was 15 years old and dating my 1st boyfriend and he was a smoker- it really WAS like kissing an ashtray!! What a TURN OFF.
My dad died of lung cancer and emphysema 12 years ago, and he died at home, surrounded only by my mom, a next door neighbor, and cousins of my dads that were around his age. I will always remember that he was so white, hooked up an oxygen tank as tall as I am, and he had died only an hour later after I had gotten there when my mom had called to tell me he "was going." He died only 2 months after his original diagnosis, with my mom "nursing" him at home because he hated hospitals.
My mom quit smoking years back before my dad, but she now has C.O.P.D. and chronic bronchitis because of it. Don't tell me that smoking won't harm you, because I've already personally witnessed two examples of it. ANY form of tobacco is harmful and I don't care what anybody thinks: I simply will NOT back down from my beliefs and date you if you are a smoker.
