Hater of the smell on breath and clothing. Not only the smell, but the consciously self-destructive mindset. This can be a wonderful, endlessly fascinating life and world if one makes them so. Why shorten one's experience of them needlessly, and possibly inflict immense physical pain on oneself in the process? Inflicting it on others through exhaled smoke or sidestream is unforgiveably inconsiderate and selfish, especially if they happen to be children.
