I used to smoke my mother died from stage 4 lung cancer and it wasnt a pretty site to see. Smoking is bad, and I believe if you have kids then you are slowly taking precious time away from them each time you light one up. my mom and dad died when i was 19 and they both smoked all their lives I quit for my kids they are my motivation
